By applying for membership with CASA-Kerala, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Membership is subject to approval by our vetting committee, which reviews all applications including ID verification, parish details, and social media screening.

1.1 Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to members of Christian denominations represented by CASA-Kerala. Applicants must be residents of Kerala or have strong connections to the Kerala Christian community.

1.2 Membership Responsibilities

As a member of CASA-Kerala, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership information
• Abide by the principles and values of CASA-Kerala
• Respect the rights and dignity of all community members
• Participate constructively in community activities
• Not engage in activities that harm the organization's reputation

2. Service Terms

CASA-Kerala provides various services including community protection, legal advocacy, social awareness programs, and support services. These services are provided subject to the following conditions:

2.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, CASA-Kerala does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

2.2 Service Limitations

Our services are provided within the framework of Indian law and Kerala state regulations. CASA-Kerala operates as a community organization and does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice unless explicitly stated.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mutual discussion and mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
